We appreciate your business!
PAYMENT: We take most major credit cards and PayPal® through a top-rated authentication site. For your security, we do not store your credit card information.
PROCESSING: When product is available, we will ship your product within 1 business day of having of receiving approved payment.
WARRANTY: We take pride in the quality of our skillet. Our limited warranty protects you against manufacturing defects. We will replace defective product, subject to our approval, when reported, authorized for return, inspected and returned within 30 days of your order.
SHIPPING: Our shipper extends its negotiated discounts directly to you. Although the U.S. Mail, FedEx®, and UPS® are usually reliable couriers we can't be responsible for their in-transit delays or loss.
INSURANCE: Your shipments are automatically insured with the courier for replacement against their loss or damage of your shipment; their conditions may apply. Inspect the package before opening. Damage must be reported to us and the courier within 7 days of receipt. Non-delivery must be reported within 7 days of expected delivery.
SALES TAX: Your order may be subject to sales tax. If applicable, it will be clear on your order.
RETURNS: You may return your purchase within 30 days when product and packaging are returned in original unused condition. Request a return authorization. We will issue a refund less shipping, handling and a $10 re-stocking fee.

BACKORDERS: If we are out of stock, you will be notified at the time of your order. We will ship your product within 1 business day of having product available. You may cancel a back order at any time before your order is processed (1 day before shipment).
PREORDERS, AVAILABILITY AND NEW PRODUCTS: Kindly allow lead time when placing an order for any new productions. This allows time for meeting high-demand products, overseas transit time, U.S. Customs and our various QA measures. We will take preorders for processing as backorders.
SPECIFICATIONS: Specifications, materials, packaging and availability are subject to change without notice as we continuously improve our existing products.
SAFE USE: We trust that you will use your good judgment in the safe and appropriate use of this skillet. OVEN MITTS ARE REQUIRED FOR SAFE USE IN AN OVEN. Cooking on grills or over an open fire is not recommended. Neither is the use of metal utensils. Although the skillet is oven safe do not use at higher than the temperature posted on this sight. Neither should you have it in the oven for longer than 40 minutes. Your use of this product is, like other kitchen skillets, your own decision and responsibility.
